I’m so glad you’re here.

Embody: Your Resilient Life was created to support people who want to feel more settled, grounded, and at ease in their bodies and lives, especially if stress, overwhelm, disconnection, or long-standing patterns have made that difficult.

This course is an invitation into deeper understanding, self-awareness, and compassionate change. It approaches healing through a nervous-system-informed lens and supports working with your physiology in ways that are gentle, sustainable, and meaningful in everyday life.

You are encouraged to move slowly, choose what resonates, and begin wherever feels right for you. To support this, Embody is a self-paced course you can access anytime for 2 years from your purchase date. 

As you engage with the course, you will notice:

  • a greater ability to settle your body after stress or activation
  • feeling more grounded, present, and internally safe
  • less emotional reactivity and more choice in relational moments
  • improved capacity for rest, recovery, and restorative pauses

What to Expect From Embody:

Embody: Your Resilient Life is a comprehensive, nervous-system-informed self paced online course designed to support sustainable regulation, resilience, and well-being.

Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Organic Intelligence principles, trauma-informed somatic approaches, and spiritual perspectives, the course offers an integrative framework for understanding how stress, emotion, safety, and connection live in the body.

Through thoughtfully structured modules, you will learn how to:

  • recognize your nervous system’s patterns of stress and safety
  • build capacity rather than override limits
  • support emotional regulation in daily life
  • cultivate greater internal and relational stability

The curriculum includes visual metaphors, guided practices, reflective exercises, and creative inquiry designed to support embodied awareness rather than achievement or self-improvement.

A Note on Scope:

Embody has been designed as a long-term, supportive resource you can return to over time.

  • 20 hours of combined educational and guided experiential practices
  • PLUS: a wide range of reflection worksheets and integration tools, additional handouts offering deeper explanation and real-world context
  • Access content for two years so you can move at a pace that matches your capacity

About Dana

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Organic Intelligence® Coach, and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, as well as a nervous-system-informed educator and course creator.

My work is guided by a single, consistent principle: sustainable change happens through the body. Across concerns such as chronic stress, chronic pain, relational rupture, emotional overwhelm, or long-standing dysregulation, my focus is on helping people work with their nervous systems rather than against them.

Embody emerged from both professional training and lived experience. I live with a chronic health condition that directly impacts my physiology and capacity, and my own healing continues alongside my teaching.

Every practice offered in this course is one I use myself. This is work I live in my own body, not something I offer from a distance.

As Stephen Porges reminds us, “If you want to improve the world, start by making people feel safer.” Embody is my quiet, steady contribution toward that aim.
